1. Preamble
Some images, illustrations, and videos published on valeriavito.blog are created using Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. Since the regulation of AI-generated works is still evolving, I adopt a cautious and transparent approach to protect both my rights and the experience of content users.
In my case, AI images and videos are always based on my original stories and created by merging licensed archival materials with my own hand-drawn illustrations. I hold a valid commercial-use license for the generated works, but their current purpose is not commercial. This ensures that, in addition to holding the necessary licenses for all source elements, I claim full authorship of the resulting work.
The blog also hosts a selection of posts by the same author, taken from three different historical backups (2005–2017) of third-party sites, compiled in periods prior to current regulations. I am willing to remove any image upon notification from the legitimate copyright holder.
2. Rights
Valeria Vito holds full moral and economic rights to AI works published on the site. This includes the power to transfer, license, or sell them.
3. Exclusion from Sale (Current Status)
As long as the regulatory framework remains uncertain, no AI images or videos will be put up for sale. The works are to be considered research materials, concepts, and process documents intended to flow into future projects.
4. Permitted
Use – “Extended” CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 License Unless otherwise indicated, AI images are available under the following conditions:

5. Password-Protected
Content Posts and pages accessible only via password contain sketches, high-resolution concepts, and other unpublished materials.
This measure prevents automatic indexing and scraping, reducing the risk that they may be included, without consent, in training datasets for Artificial Intelligence models
- access is personal and non-transferable;
- sharing passwords, mass downloading, taking screenshots, or publicly exposing content is prohibited;
- the same restrictions as point 4 apply, with the addition of a non-disclosure obligation (NDA) until the works are made public by the author.
6. Exemptions and Individual
Licenses For editorial, exhibition, or commercial projects, it is possible to request ad hoc authorization by writing to info@valeriavito.blog and specifying:
- URL or title of the requested work;
- intended use, circulation, and territory of distribution;
- any planned budget or compensation.
I reserve the right to grant or deny the license and to propose alternative conditions (royalty-free, royalty-based, limited exclusivity, etc.).
7. User Responsibility
Those who violate these conditions are civilly and criminally liable for any damage or controversy and hold the author harmless from any consequences.
8. Policy Updates
This section may be revised to incorporate new laws or AI provider guidelines. The date of last modification will always be indicated at the bottom.
